Been there today, I ordered a mango juice and one pasta with spicy tomato sauce.
The mango juice was like mango pure, the waiter change it but this time it wasn’t cold.
About the pasta, I know is with spicy tomato, but it was full of chilli, couldn’t eat it, I told that to the waiter, he spoke with the kitchen but said they can’t do anything about it.
I refused to eat it. The service didn’t offered me anything else but I had to pay -anyways- for something I didn’t eat 🤷♀️
It’s a shame ‘cause I also work in a restaurant in DIFC, so I know things should be different.
Great cafe with amazing quality coffee.
They have tasty sandwiches and nice healthy dishes, their seafood pasta is just right.
Very reasonable prices.
The staff are friendly but if you are seating outside side you might have to try few times to grab their attention.
I highly recommend for a light Italian lunch or drink with sweet.
THEIR COFFEE SHAKE IS THE BEST!!
Had a wonderful time in Kimbo with few people hanging inside the cafe.
Ordered their Crema Coffee to ease the noontime heat.
Visit and enjoy the place during Fridays as there are less people.
Their coffee lineup is great and love their breakfast offerings.
The seafood risotto was absolutely stunning the staff was respectfull and the coffee was great
You must visit this place if you are a coffee lover. Coffee quality is amazing, also you can choose from many different options. Food is very tasty, vast variety of appetizers, main course, pizza and pasta. Nice deserts. Service is good and very quick. Besides they offer 30% off for all food orders till end of July 2020.
Lovely restaurant with authentic Italian decor. Food is amazing and the service is very good.
Nice area in DIFC. I was actually looking for another cafe. However, that cafe didn’t have the dessert that I wanted. I ended up walking around and found Kimbo. No regrets. The staff is friendly. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I opted to stay outside because the current weather in Dubai is still pleasant especially in the evening. It wasn’t crowded when I got there, to my delight. It’s like having the entire place to myself. I had a good view from where I was sitting. Awesome!
I had their green tea and tiramisu. The tiramisu is okay. I wanted to pair it with their hot chocolate but I figured that both would be sweet so nah. The green tea was the better option.
Now I found a nice hangout place in DIFC. Too bad I didn’t find this place sooner. This would have been perfect in winter. Oh well.
When things are going well, the croissants and the coffee are ok.
However, if a restaurant can be judged by how they handle mistakes, this restaurant deserves a zero.
With broken wifi, broken AC, and a sandwich with inedible rock hard avocados - the restaurant still charged us full price and did not even apologize.
Extremely disappointing. Will not return.
I went to the new one in zahia mall . I didn’t like the food that much . I didn’t like the calamari it tasted in washed and had an strong odor . My spaghetti ogolio tasted like washing dish soap gloves . The other pastas I’ve tried were good too .. the pepperoni pizza tasted nice and so was the cappuccino . The service was good wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go there again
