I respect this place a lot and believe that their manakish are worth their higher than average price tag. The small countryside-style seating area and service are great, too. However, they need to up their game if they want their customers to continue to designate them as a local breakfast spot. Love: Zaatar with pomegranate molasses (dibs romman), labneh with anything, falafel Needs improvement: - Akkawi fateera. the cheese was not melted on the bread. It was like eating tasteless rubber. - Eggs and cheese sandwich. For starters, this tiny sandwich is the size of your palm and is 7 SAR! The omelette stuffing tasted so bad and no amount of salt and pepper could cover it. The cheese was missing from this sandwich? - Spinach fateera: Simple staple that they somehow managed to ruin. The spinach stuffing was tasteless and bitter. - The fatayer were drizzled with a sugary brown substance that was a sad excuse for molasses and a couple of pomegranates seeds for show.
