0 ردWe dined at The Restaurant and we had an amzing experience. Joseph and Omar were very friendly and made sure our orders arrived on time according to our taste. Even the kids loved their meals. The food was delicious. Excellent service ,love the ambience and amazing staff.Definitely coming back.

0 ردI have stayed here like many times the staff is very humble really form reservation team to service team from morning breakfast in the retaraunt you have lots of option in buffet and in the evening also the shisha and burj view makes it memorable good place goood team

0 ردWhat a horrible place, booked a Friday brunch by email, which is supposed to be the highlight of our day, arrived at 1 PM exactly on time only to find out that there is no brunch. They have cancelled the brunch and didn’t bother to inform us. We had to show the waiter the emails and he took pictures to show his manager. Manager didn’t bother to come by and the waiter told us that we can instead go to the other Address Hotel where there is actually a brunch and told us that they will call. Silly us, we believed this and even walked instead of taking the taxi because the waiter said it is just across the street. But of course again a bunch of lies because it is a labyrinth there and took us 15 min to get to the other hotel. What comes next? There is also no brunch on the other side! With a lot of efforts we found out there will be a brunch but only from 3 PM! So we were supposed to wait for almost 2 hours! Sending us there and of course not giving a call as they promised nobody had any idea why we came at this time. Abdul the manager of Restaurant at Address Boulevard, who never showed his face but arranged all this ridiculous scam for us to feel super frustrated, I am sure the unprofessional behaviour will not pass for too long. I advice that anyone with their right mind avoids this place.

0 ردLocation were very good. Staff was a bit overwhelmed. We came for the brunch on Saturday. The Appetizers were tasty and brought to the table quickly. Main courses on the other hand were disappointing. Chicken was dry, the tenderloin wasn’t a tenderloin but some kind of roasted beef, noodles with lobster were okay but prefer to have the lobster cooked with the sauce not as shown in the pictures, asparagus was okay. We tried to get some of the appetisers twice, but the staff brought main courses instead. Deserts were really good and nice choice.

0 ردDo yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Dubai. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Dubai. The coffee and pastries are unique. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the restaurant - to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I would like to come back here again and again. Hats off to Oliver’s Management

They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. Service was delightful and very professional. 10/10 Mr.Siju & Mr.Varun were great & supported all of our needs and especially made us feel very welcomed. Highly recommended!!
